How does shipping work?

For all pieces with destinations within the continental United States - Shipping and Package Insurance is included in your purchase to ensure you don't have to worry about your special piece in transit.

All orders will be shipped via FedEx

International Shipping Rates Apply - Please check your country’s international import policies before ordering, as any taxes, customs or duties charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

What is your return policy?

I want to make sure that you are thrilled with your purchase. Please contact me immediately at hvogt00@gmail.com if you feel there is a problem that needs to be addressed with your order and I will promptly work with you to come to a solution.

All custom and made to order items ONLINE are FINAL SALE and returns and refunds will not be accepted. Non-custom items are subject to a strict 10 day return policy and must be in new condition. 

I need a ring ASAP, what do I do?

Although each piece is handmade to order and usually requires a production time of up to 4 weeks, I will do my best to accommodate any rush requests!

I also have a limited selection of various samples that are ready to ship next business day. These pieces are in limited options and sizes, so please email me to see what is available!

I ordered a ring and it doesn't fit, what do I do?

Oh no! You can take your ring to be resized locally, or I am happy to resize it for you.

If you would like to have another jeweller resize the ring, please understand that I am unable to be responsible for any damages that it may incur while being worked on.

If you would like to have me resize it, please email me to coordinate shipping back and forth.

I am happy to resize your fine jewellery, in addition to the shipping expenses there is a $50 resizing fee to go down in size and sizing up begins at $70 due to the added material.

Do you design custom / bespoke pieces?

I really enjoy sourcing unique gemstones and creating bespoke designs that cater to you or someone special in your life.

We can even rework existing pieces, re-use gold or design a piece around your special stones.

How can I best take care of my gold jewelry?

I recommended that you remove your jewellery when exercising or partaking in forceful activities where your piece will come in contact with hard materials like, steel (ie. lifting, using heavy hand tools, etc.). Steel is a harder metal than any gold alloy and repeated forceful contact can lead to your jewellery being scratched, misshapen or broken.

 

Avoid wearing your jewellry to bed or in the shower.

Clean your gold piece with lukewarm water, a gentle dish soap (non-detergent) and an extra soft toothbrush or q-tip.

It is best to keep your jewellery away from strong chemicals.

Take your gold jewellery to a professional jewellery or use the polishing cloth provided to shine your piece. Do no use any chemical cleaning products.
